I guess the original order I placed for this bracelet was found to be damaged at time of order fulfillment. So the owners sent a personal note letting me know they would need to send a replacement in another order. Not only was that above expectations but unheard in this society. I received a replacement bracelet and a pair of fuzzy socks along with another personal note thanking me for my order. Thank you for making me feel valued.
